You may have seen our “large” truck around town?? Behind the wheel of this Portable Exchange Tank truck is our very own Martin. Bringing you over 17 years of service and experience, Martin is one of the nicest people on the planet. He will go above and beyond for his customers and do it with a smile on his face. Martin enjoys playing soccer in his spare time.

Kevin F., Service Technician

Kevin has been with us for many years now and continues to excel in his technical knowledge and trouble shooting ability. He demonstrates what “exceptional” customer service is all about. Kevin can handle any application and any installation. He has a background in handling and plumbing hazardous materials leak prevention. During his leisure hours Kevin can be found enjoying the beach.

Phillip C., Customer Service Mgr.

When you call Matilija Pure Water Systems you are almost certain to reach his gentleman. Phillip’s background is in customer service and he is a graduate of UCSB. He is the closest thing to “human” GPS know. Scheduling all of the service calls that come through our main office in Santa Barbara are just a portion of his daily responsibilities. Phillip enjoys the town, cooking and fun in his spare time.

Shaun G., Service Technician

Shaun has been with us for many years in service and management. His background includes many years in the construction industry and with the United States Naval Seabees for the Department of defense. This explains why he can quickly determine what type of system is the right application for your home. On the weekends Shaun enjoys shopping with his lovely wife Ester.

Josh T., Field Technician

Coming to us with a background in construction and another United States Navy Seabee, Josh ranks right up there among his fellow technicians. He has a thirst for knowledge and it shows in his workmanship. Another great addition to our team. In his off hours Josh enjoys the town with his Wife Carrie.

Nathan G., Field Technician

Okay, I think we have a pattern started here! Nathan is great addition to our talented Service Department and you will never guess what his background is! You got it …Nathan comes to us from the United States Military (Army, Marines). Having a strong background auto/diesel mechanics, construction and carpentry have lead to his success with our company. He is quick study and can confidently handle any project. In his off hours he enjoys spending time with his family.

 

Gerson V., Human Resources Manager

Gerson! When not recruting what California has to offer or solving the most difficult customer problems, in his spare time you just might see him rappelling from an extreme height or playing music with his band.

Jesse, Salt & Potassium Technician

This smiling guy is none other than our wonderful Salt & Potassium Technician. Jesse has an extensive background in trucking which is the main part of his job. He is an awesome addition to our staff and has been known to delivery upwards near 7500 pounds of salt and potassium per day by hand! As with all of our wonderful employees Jesse is always happy to make a special delivery for any of our customers. On his very much deserved weekends Jesse is outdoors enjoying Santa Barbara cycling, kitesurfing and running.

Bob Lyon, Bookkeeper

Bob comes to us from a great background in corporate accounting, credit and collections. Always committed to accurate records and bring the personal touch to a numbers job. In his spare time Bob enjoys model trains and restoring old cars.

Kareem A., Customer Service/Accounts Receivable

With over five years of experience in bottled water customer service and driver dispatch, Kareem has got it all… and heard it all! Always working with customer to take care of them, providing flexible solutions, and following up needed service keeps this guy very busy. Basketball, basketball, and basketball… need I say more? No.
